This learning path is designed for exempt tax preparers, those who are not EAs, CPAs or Attorneys and are exempt from taking the IRS 6-hour annual refresher course. The learning path offers the 15 hours of continuing education needed to obtain a “record of completion” and have limited representation rights for returns they prepare:
- CPE00921 - Ethics - Tax Payer Due Diligence - 2 Hours CPE - 10 Questions
- CPE07321 - Tax Update 2021 - 3 Hours CPE - 15 Questions
- CPE1021 - Federal Tax Course - 10 Hours CPE - 50 Questions
