As we plan for the 2021 Fall Update Seminar, preserving the health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees is our top priority, and there is still a great deal of uncertainty around whether it will be safe to return to a live seminar. We received rave reviews for the 2020 virtual seminar and were able to provide 16 hours of CPE rather than 8 hours by going virtual.
For all these reasons, we have decided we will continue with a virtual presentation again this year. Plus, we expect some major tax legislation this year and will no doubt need the 16 hours to cover the review and the many anticipated tax law changes.
Learning Objectives: After attending the virtual conference, the student will be ready to prepare individual 2021 tax returns. The course will fine-tune the skills of practitioners who wish to provide their clients with superior preparation and planning services. This course is a must for serious Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Enrolled Agents (EAs), IRS Tax Professionals, and California Registered Tax Preparers (CRTPs).

As usual, other troublesome areas of tax preparation will be reviewed as well, so you will come away fully ready to tackle 2021 tax returns.
As with any normal year, there will be court cases, revenue rulings, revenue procs, new regulations, Chief Counsel Rulings, and legislation changes, all of which we will cover through our webcasts.
We have tackled all of the major issues head-on, as we have updated our Big Book of Taxes with all of the new law. The highly-rated PDF is available to all webcast attendees and includes over 1,000 pages of tax reform update and review. The Big Book of Taxes is a time-saving reference year-round.
