If you wish to obtain a refund for an individually purchased course, please contact us at cpe@countingworkspro.com before the course commences. Transfers are not permitted.

Refunds for CPE bundles and Memberships (Total Practice, EA and CTEC Bundles, The Virtual 1040 Review & Update Virtual Webinar, California Tax Update and Review) are available within 10 business days after the date of purchase, provided no CPE credit has been granted.

Expiration Date:

Courses purchased individually will expire one year from the date of purchase. Any tests submitted for grading must be received before the expiration date.

Printed Courses:

For a refund on CTEC or EA bundled courses, products must be returned in good condition within 10 days of receipt. Include a copy of the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. Please send the return to 1950 E 220th Street, Suite #110 Long Beach, CA 90810.

Total Practice and Big Book of Taxes Annual Subscriptions:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing before the subscription renewal date. When you cancel your subscription at any point during your annual cycle, your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund.

For Total Practice Members, upon cancellation, our Support Team will remove the relevant course libraries, remove the CountingWorks Connect Tax Forum, and delete the personal URL for the Big Book of Taxes. For Big Book of Taxes subscribers, we will delete the personal URL.

Promotions:

CountingWorks offers discounts periodically for various course products. Watch for special promotions to enjoy great savings on our CPE products.
